Maria is a thoughtful and caring instructor in many areas. Her guidance and training in yoga and pilates have been life changing for me. Careful, guided reformer and mat pilates, vinyasa flow and stretching reduced my body fat substantially (-50 lbs), increased my muscle mass and flexibility. Additionally, she’s an intuitive sound bath and reiki guide. No matter the class you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

Its easy to refer people to Maria. I do it almost every day. I started taking Yoga classes from Maria about 6 months ago after doing yoga for 40 years. She is an absolute pro. She explains, teaches, adjusts and motivates constantly. I am amazed with how graceful she explains and models the poses. She can change her class routine at the drop of a hat if someone has a particular injury or problem and then custom creates a series of postures to help that problem.
3 months ago I started taking Maria’s Pilates floor classes which has totally changed my life. I have been working hard to heal my hip from degeneration and 3 years ago I could barely walk. I undertook many series of classes in yoga as well as began working with a personal trainer for strength building. I didn’t feel like i was getting any better. Marias floor and reformer Pilates did more in 6 weeks than years of yoga and personal training. The core strength that comes from her Pilates sessions is measureable and fast. I already feel stronger and more flexible. Just got approved for a new hip and she is and will be how I prepare for that operation and how i recover faster from it. She is waaaay better than physical therapy. Plus if you love to dance she knows how to keep you in shape for the dance floor. Her classes are challenging but doable. They really build strength. Her private sessions on the Reformer machine are just plain the best. She shows me what exactly my muscles and tendons are doing. Super focused work on any area you need. Maria is hands down the best teacher, trainer and healer. Try one of her sound healings and you will experience the magic of someone who can bring strength and healing to your body, mind and spirit.
